Partner programme

Affiliate and referral programme terms

These terms explain when a referral earns commission, how balances become payable and what conduct is not allowed. They supplement the general LNAT Lab terms of use.

Effective 22 August 2026

Programme structure

Every eligible LNAT Lab account may receive a referral link and code. Unless the dashboard states otherwise, a referred customer receives 10% off full access, a community partner earns 20% of the amount actually paid, and an approved creator partner earns 30% of the amount actually paid.

Rates shown in your dashboard apply to new eligible orders created while those rates are active. LNAT Lab may change future rates or pause new referrals, but will not retrospectively reduce commission already recorded on a valid completed purchase.

Eligible referrals and attribution

  • The customer must arrive through your tracked link or apply your active code.
  • Link attribution normally lasts 30 days. A later valid referral link or code may replace an earlier attribution.
  • The customer must complete an eligible full-access purchase that Stripe confirms as paid.
  • You may not earn commission on your own purchase, a fabricated account, a duplicate transaction or any transaction intended primarily to manufacture commission.
  • A code cannot be combined with another LNAT Lab discount unless the checkout expressly allows it.

Pending commission and payouts

Commission is recorded as pending for 14 days after capture. A payment reversal, chargeback, fraudulent payment or cancelled entitlement reverses the associated commission. If a reversal happens after payout, LNAT Lab may offset that amount against a later balance or request repayment where appropriate.

Available balances are normally paid monthly once they reach £25. You must provide accurate payout details and be legally able to receive the payment. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian may need to provide or approve payout details.

You are responsible for any tax, reporting or similar obligations that apply to commission you receive.

Required disclosure and acceptable promotion

You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever law, platform rules or the context requires it. A simple statement that you may earn commission from the link is normally clearer than vague language.

You must not use spam, impersonation, misleading score claims, false scarcity, fake reviews, paid search ads targeting LNAT Lab brand terms, cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, unauthorised incentives or any promotion that could damage students or LNAT Lab. You must not present LNAT Lab as affiliated with the LNAT Consortium, Pearson VUE or a university.

Creator partner review

Creator status is reviewed rather than automatic. LNAT Lab may consider audience relevance, content quality, public profile information, likely student benefit and compliance history. Approval is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn if the account no longer meets the programme rules.

Suspension and disputes

LNAT Lab may suspend a code, withhold disputed commission or close a partner account where there is credible evidence of fraud, self-referral, misleading promotion, abuse or a serious breach of these terms. We will review reasonable evidence you provide about an attribution or payout dispute.
