Email admin@lnatlab.co.uk for account access, content errors, payments, privacy or accessibility.
- For a question error, include the passage title, question number and the answer you think needs review.
- For an account issue, write from the email attached to the account where possible.
- For a payment issue, include the transaction reference but never a password or full card number.
We aim to acknowledge messages within two working days.
Official LNAT matters
LNAT Lab cannot book, move or cancel an official test, confirm identification rules, change access arrangements or release results. Use the official LNAT website for those matters.
