Using LNAT Lab

Terms of use

These terms set the rules for using LNAT Lab. They do not remove any consumer right that the law gives you.

Effective 22 August 2026

1. Who we are and when these terms apply

LNAT Lab provides this service. Contact us at admin@lnatlab.co.uk.

These terms apply when you visit the site, create an account or use a free or paid LNAT Lab feature. By creating an account, you agree to them. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information.

2. Independent preparation service

LNAT Lab is an independent preparation product. It is not part of, affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by LNAT Consortium Ltd, Pearson VUE or any university.

Registration, bookings, deadlines, test-day rules and official results are handled through the official LNAT service. Always check the official LNAT website before acting on time-sensitive information.

3. What we provide

LNAT Lab provides original practice questions, explanations, planning tools and indicators drawn from your own practice. Practice scores, reasoning labels and essay signals are educational feedback. They are not official LNAT results, university predictions or professional admissions advice.

We aim for accurate, well-reviewed material, but a practice question may contain an error or a defensible ambiguity. Report it and we will review it. We may change, replace or withdraw content as the bank develops.

4. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 16. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to your use of the service and approve any purchase.
  • Give accurate account information and keep your login secure. Tell us promptly about unauthorised use.
  • One account is for one person. You may not sell, share or transfer access.
  • We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law. We will explain and allow an appeal where practical.

5. Fair use

You may use LNAT Lab for your own study. You must not:

  • copy, scrape, publish, sell or build a competing question bank from our content;
  • share answers or explanations in a way that undermines other users' practice;
  • probe security, bypass access controls, automate submissions or overload the service;
  • upload unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing material; or
  • pretend that LNAT Lab material is official LNAT material.

Reasonable quotations for criticism or review and uses allowed by law remain allowed.

6. Content and intellectual property

LNAT Lab owns or licenses the site design, original questions, explanations, software and branding. Source passages remain subject to the rights stated with each passage. Attribution does not mean that a source author endorses LNAT Lab.

You retain rights in an essay you write. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, display and analyse it when you choose a feature that sends it to our systems. Drafts described as saved in your browser are not uploaded by that feature.

7. Prices, payment and access

The checkout page will show the price, currency, access period and included features before you pay. Unless the checkout says otherwise, paid access is a single payment for the stated admissions cycle, not an automatically renewing subscription.

Payments may be processed by a third-party provider under its own terms. The checkout will identify any tax charged by LNAT Lab. Your bank may apply its own conversion charge. We may change future prices, but not the price of access already purchased.

8. Purchases and statutory rights

LNAT Lab does not offer a separate voluntary money-back guarantee. Paid access is supplied immediately after payment.

Nothing in these terms limits a repair, repeat performance, price reduction or other remedy that mandatory consumer law gives you.

9. Availability and responsibility

We do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, supplier outages and security events can affect availability. We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the service.

We do not guarantee a particular LNAT score, offer, admission outcome or improvement. Your result depends on many factors outside our control.

Nothing excludes responsibility that law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not responsible for a loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach or for a business loss arising from consumer use. This does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

10. Ending access and resolving disputes

You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to delete your account. Terms that need to survive, including ownership, fair use and accrued payment rights, continue after closure.

Please email us first if something has gone wrong so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights or access to the courts available under the law where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or security changes. Material changes will be notified before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply, but a change will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase.
